These Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Smoked Sausage are a comforting, flavor-packed dish! Tender potatoes and smoky sausage are coated in creamy, cheesy ranch goodness, making it a perfect one-pan meal.
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs baby potatoes, halved
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup sour cream
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, toss halved potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Spread the potatoes in the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until they start to become tender.
Add the sliced smoked sausage to the dish, mixing it with the potatoes.
Combine melted butter with sour cream and half of the shredded cheese. Pour over the potatoes and sausage, stirring to coat evenly.
