Strawberry Banana Pudding

Strawberry Banana Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

2 boxes of Vanilla Wafers

6 to 8 bananas, sliced

1 container of strawberries, chopped

2 cups of milk

2 packets of instant vanilla pudding mix

1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk

1 container (8 oz) of whipped cream (or whipped topping)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Vanilla Pudding:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth.

Add the sweetened condensed milk to the mixture and whisk until fully combined.

Fold in the whipped cream gently to make the pudding creamy and light. Set aside.

2. Layer the Dessert:

In a large serving dish or aluminum tray, start by spreading a layer of vanilla wafers at the bottom.

Add a layer of sliced bananas, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

Follow with a layer of chopped strawberries.

3. Add the Pudding Mixture:

Pour a portion of the prepared pudding mixture over the fruit and wafers, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

4. Repeat the Layers:

Continue layering wafers, bananas, strawberries, and pudding until all ingredients are used.

Finish the top with a decorative layer of sliced bananas and strawberries for a beautiful presentation.

5. Chill the Dessert:

Cover the tray with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results).

This allows the flavors to meld together and the wafers to soften, creating a pudding-like texture.

6. Serve and Enjoy:

Scoop into bowls or serve directly from the tray.

Optionally, garnish with a drizzle of strawberry sauce or crushed wafers for an extra touch.

This delightful Strawberry Banana Pudding is perfect for family gatherings, potlucks, or simply as a refreshing dessert to enjoy anytime.
