Ingredients:

 

6 medium Yukon Gold potatoes (about 2 pounds), halved

 

1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

 

2 tablespoons olive oil

 

1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

 

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (optional)

 

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

 

Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes

 

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

 

 

2. Wash the Yukon Gold potatoes thoroughly, then slice them in half lengthwise.

1. Place the halved potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
