Hot Fudge Brownie Bread

Hot Fudge Brownie Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

Dry Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup whole milk

For the Fudge Topping:

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup heavy cream

Optional Garnish:

Additional chocolate chips for topping

Instructions:

1. Preheat and Prepare the Pan:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard loaf pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray and line it with parchment paper for easy removal. Set aside.

2. Mix the Dry Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to combine and set aside.

3. Combine the Wet Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk the melted butter and sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

4. Incorporate the Milk and Dry Ingredients:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture in three batches, alternating with the milk. Start and end with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined, ensuring no lumps remain but avoid overmixing.

5. Pour the Batter into the Pan:
Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

6. Bake the Brownie Bread:
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Avoid overbaking, as this could result in a dry texture.

7. Prepare the Fudge Topping:
While the bread is cooling, prepare the fudge topping. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

8. Cool and Assemble:
Let the brownie bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, pour the fudge topping over the loaf, allowing it to drip down the sides for a glossy finish.

9. Add Garnish:
Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top of the fudge topping while it is still warm.

10. Serve and Enjoy:
Let the fudge set for about 15 minutes before slicing. Serve the Hot Fudge Brownie Bread as a dessert, snack, or with a scoop of ice cream for an indulgent treat!

Storage:
Wrap the loaf in plastic wrap or store it in an airtight container. It will keep at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Enjoy this decadent brownie bread bursting with rich chocolate flavors!
