Ingredients:

 

8 oz ramen noodles (or any thin noodles)

 

1 lb ground beef

 

3 cloves garlic, minced

 

1/2 cup soy sauce

 

1/4 cup brown sugar

 

1 tablespoon cornstarch

 

1/2 cup beef broth

 

1 teaspoon ginger, minced or grated

 

1 tablespoon sesame oil

 

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

 

2 green onions, sliced, for garnish

 

 

 

Instructions:

 

Step 1: Cook the Noodles

 

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to the package instructions.

 

 

2. Drain and set aside. Toss with a small amount of sesame oil to prevent sticking.
