In a bowl Add 1 cup milk
1 cup water.
Can make it 2 cups milk if you want
Warm, not hot
2 tablespoons sugar
Add one 10g packet yeast
Stir and set aside for 10 minutes
In another bowl sift 6 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
In yeast mixture Add quarter cup oil and 1 egg mix it
Add flour to the yeast mixture
Mix it well to make a sticky dough.
